Returning an item
Returning an item is easy. You simply need to log into your account and set up your return to receive a return label. Please follow the steps below:
- Go to My Account (located at the top right of the homepage).
- Log into your account by entering your Email address and Password.
- Click on the link that says Returns.
- Click on the order that contains the item you need to return.
- Click the ¡°Return Items¡± button next to the item you need to return. Only items that are eligible for return will have an active link to click.
- Select your Return Reason.
- Follow and complete the online instructions.
You will receive a return label via email. Please print off the return label and affix this to your package. Follow the return instructions printed on the return label for drop-off locations.
All items must be returned in new or unused condition. Media items shipped with shrink wrap must be returned unopened. All accessories included in the original shipment must be returned (i.e. manuals, warranties, security seals, etc.).
